Write-offs by exception, payments with reasons, filings followed to the end

Three routines Bertha now prepares, shown on our fictional demo practice.

This week three routines came together, and you can see them on our demo practice (fictional clients, fictional figures).

Write-offs by exception. Your firm sets its policy once, for example small amounts with no invoice, after the quarter has closed and two reminders have gone out. Bertha applies it to the open items list. On a typical demo morning, sixteen items match the policy and four do not. You see the four, decide them, and approve the whole set in one go.

Payments matched, with the reason. For each bank payment, Bertha proposes the invoice behind it and says why: the amount, the reference, the client's history. Where it is not sure, it says so and waits for you.

Filing chains. A filing is more than the return. Documents arrive, the return is prepared, it is filed, the client is told, the tax is paid. Bertha follows each filing down that chain and moves it forward when the facts change, not when someone remembers to tick a box.

The demo now also plays out in Dutch, English, German, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish, with the matching currency.
