Does anything leave our building or the EU?

Nothing goes to us or to any outside AI provider. The AI runs on the machine in your office. It connects to the software your firm already works in, including cloud software you already use, because that is where the work happens, and only results you have approved go into that software.

Is our data ever used to train a model?

Accepted Answer

Never for anyone else. Your files are not used to train our models or anyone else's. When your team corrects the system, the rule it learns stays on the machine in your office and only works for your firm. We keep no copies of your data.

Does client confidentiality stay intact?

Accepted Answer

Yes, because the work never leaves your control. The machine sits in your office inside the EU: there is no outside processor to add to your register and no transfer outside the EU to justify, so your duty of confidentiality to your clients stays entirely with you.

Will it connect to our existing systems?

Step by step, and we say exactly where each step stands. Today it reads the documents and e-invoices your clients send, the bank's statement files and exports from your bookkeeping software, and prepares the work for your approval. Direct links that write into your bookkeeping and practice software are being built package by package, starting with the most used in each country. Which countries and languages does Bertha cover?

Bertha works in English, Dutch, French, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish. Today Leyoda serves firms in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark and Sweden: Bertha prepares the VAT return there and knows each country's deadlines and e-invoice formats. France, Norway and Finland come next. Each market is reviewed by an accountant of that country before its first paying firm.

We use AdminPulse. What happens when it stops?

How is the monthly rate worked out?

Accepted Answer

It scales with the two things that cost capacity: the people using Bertha and the clients on their books. The calculator gives an indicative rate for your firm; Discovery settles the exact number before you commit to anything.

Question 8

Can we be billed in our own currency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The list is in euro, and you can be billed in pounds, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish kroner instead, converted at indicative reference rates.

Question 9

Does Bertha replace our bookkeeping software?

Accepted Answer

No. Bertha works with the software your firm already uses. Your books stay where they are, and nothing is entered into them without a person's approval.

Question 10

What happens to our files if we stop?

Accepted Answer

Everything stays yours. Your data is on the machine in your office, and you receive a full export if the relationship ends.
