The practice platform that does the work, and asks before it acts.
Bertha runs on a machine in your office. It reads what clients send, prepares bookings, returns and e-mails, keeps every deadline, and a person approves every step before anything reaches a client or another system. This page says what works today, and plainly what does not yet.
The day
Today
Works todayOne page each morning: what needs you, what the night shift found, what is due.
Meetings
Works todayRecords client meetings, writes out who said what in 25 European languages, and files the notes and promises in the client's language.
Ask Bertha
Works todayAnswers from your firm's own documents with the source shown, and says so when the documents do not answer.
The books
The Inbox
Works todayReads documents and e-invoices (Peppol, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X), checks them and files them under the right client.
Open items by your policy
Works on demo dataSorts open creditor items by your own write-off rules; you decide the exceptions with one key each.
Bank reconciliation
Works on demo dataReads the bank's statement files and says which invoice each payment pays, and why.
Returns and deadlines
VAT returns, prepared
Works todayBox by box from the period's e-invoices for ten countries, each figure with the invoices behind it. Your own tax software files.
Deadlines from the law
Works todayIncome tax, corporation tax, annual accounts, the UK confirmation statement and MTD updates, calculated by fixed rules per country.
The EU sales list
Works todayPrepared next to the VAT return in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.
Control
You approve what runs
Works todayEvery booking and client e-mail is approved as exact content, runs once and leaves a receipt. A firm can sign routine work over to Bertha, within limits.
Proof, not promises
Works todayAn audit trail, a record of every request that leaves the machine, and proof of which text the AI wrote, as the EU AI Act asks.
Encrypted backups
Works todayA sealed vault every night with your own passphrase, and a restore drill that proves every file.
