Leyoda, Leya, Legora, Bertha: which is which?

People who heard about us at an event sometimes search for a half-remembered name. Here is which is which.

• Leyoda is a European company based in Maastricht. We build Bertha, a private AI system for accounting and bookkeeping firms. It is installed on a machine in the firm's own office, does the routine work (VAT returns, missing documents, bank matching, meeting notes) and asks a person to approve each step. Client data never leaves the building.
• Bertha is the name of our system. You may also hear it described as "the AI box for accountants" or "the machine in the office".
• Legora, previously called Leya, is a separate company that makes AI software for law firms. It is not related to Leyoda.
